摘要
目的:了解医学生对艾滋病防治知识的知晓程度、态度等现状,为学校开展艾滋病防治教育提供依据。方法:应用不记名调查问卷对某医学高校683名大一和大四学生进行艾滋病知识和态度进行现况调查并作统计学检验。结果:89.8%的学生能够正确认识艾滋病感染者和患者的区别,分别有92.8%、94.1%和81.8%的学生了解艾滋病三大传播途径,仍有40.4%和37.2%的学生认为拥抱接吻及照顾艾滋病患者可传播艾滋病,学生认为学校开展艾滋病防治知识教育的较好形式依次为:举办宣传活动、宣传栏和宣传单、课堂教育、讲座或座谈会,以及广播或网络。结论:医学生对艾滋病仍存在认知误区和消极态度,大一学生对艾滋病防治知识的知晓程度明显低于大四学生,学校应开展多种形式的健康教育活动全面提高医学生对艾滋病的认知程度,从而有利于防止艾滋病的传播和蔓延。
Objective:To investigate knowledge and attitude about HIV/AIDS among medical college students and provide scientific evidence for HIV/AIDS health education in college.Method: An anonymous questionnaire was conducted to investigate the medical college students(n=683) who were freshmen and in four-grade.Data were statistical analyzed by SPSS.Results:89.8% of medical college students were able to distinguish difference of PLWHA and AIDS patients.92.8%、94.1% and 81.8%of students knew three transmitted ways of HIV/AIDS respectively,though 40.4% and 37.2% of the students thought that HIV/AIDS could be transmitted by embracement,kiss and looking after patients.Nice prevented ways in college were activities,propaganda paper,class education,forum and lecture,broadcasting and internet education.Conclusion:Misunderstanding and negative attitude are still among medical college students and freshmen are worse than students in fourgrade.It's necessary for college to make all kinds of health education activities to enhance students' knowledge about HIV/AIDS.
