摘要
本文分析了综合性医院148例肺结核误诊原因,其中大多数临床表现以并发症、肺外结核、血液学异常而误诊。胸部X线片表现肺下叶团块病变误诊为肺癌,浸润性病变误诊为肺脓肿或肺炎等。提出综合性医院的医师在诊断中应提高肺结核的警惕性。
The causes of misdiagnosis in 148 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were analysed. Complications, extrapulmonary tuberculosis and hematological abnormalities were the most frequent clinical features causing misdiagnosis. Lower lober mass on chest X-ray film may be misinterpreted as lung cancer and the infiltrative lesions as lung abscess or pneumonia. The authors suggest that the physicians in general hospital should become aware of the possibility of pulmonary tuberculosis in differential diagnosis.
