生长抑素对食管胃底静脉曲张出血止血作用的研究进展
摘要
生长抑素能选择性收缩内脏血管,明显降低肝硬化门脉高压患者肝脏的血流量,门静脉压力和食管、胃底曲张静脉压力,而对肝脏血管阻力、心脏排出量和心率、体循环压力,周围血管阻力等无明显影响,是治疗食管胃底静脉曲张出血的安全有效的药物。
