改性纳米SiC粉体强化铸造奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在生产条件下采用冲入法制备了改性纳米SiC粉体强化奥氏体不锈钢材料。研究了不同SiC加入量对不锈钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经改性纳米SiC粉体强化处理后的不锈钢组织明显细化,力学性能得到有效提高,当加入质量分数为0.1%的纳米SiC粉体时,硬度、抗拉强度和韧性分别提高了6.33%、4.70%和19.97%;断口分析结果表明:经强韧化处理后,不锈钢的断裂方式为典型的韧性断裂。 Cast austenitic stainless steel reinforced by modified SiC nano-powders were prepared under industrial conditions. The mechanical properties and microstructures of samples with different additions of SiC nano-powders were investigated. The results show that, compared with the samples without SiC nano-powders, the microstructures, grain sizes and mechanical properties of the reinforced stainless steel are refined and improved obviously. The hardness, tensile strength and toughness of the sample with the addition of 0.1% SiC nano-powders are increased by 6.33%, 4.70% and 19.97%, respectively. Meanwhile, typical toughness fractures can be observed from the SEM of the reinforced stainless steel.
