摘要
对越野车外星轮成形进行了应变、热、磨损等多因素耦合下的模拟,分析了预、终成形过程的金属流动特性及模具和坯料的温度场分布,对局部温度的升降进行了解析,并针对工位间的热量散失进行了有效的预测。应用Archard模型分析了终锻成形模具在复杂多因素耦合情况下的磨损情况,预测了单次磨损深度分布,为间接预测模具寿命提供依据。依据模拟设计的工艺方案得到了很好的实验验证。
The multifactor coupling of forming process of besides-star wheel was simulated. The metal flowing and temperature field of dies and billet were analyzed during preforming and final-forming process. The temperature varying and heat loss were forecast. Based on Archard wear model the single-step wear depth in multifactor coupling conditions was evaluated, which helped to evaluating die life. The process scheme according to simulation results got good test verifying.
