摘要
采用CO2横流激光器在45钢基体表面熔覆添加不同量CeO2的镍基TiC金属陶瓷复合层;对熔覆层进行了显微组织观察、显微硬度测量、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能测试。结果表明,加入适量的CeO2(0.6wt%),可有效地减少复合层中的裂纹、孔洞和夹杂;促进晶粒细化;提高熔覆层的组织均匀性及表面硬度;并且明显地改善了熔覆复合层的耐磨及耐蚀性能。
The Ni-based metal-ceramic coatings on the surface of steel 45,were cladded by transverse flow COs laser. The effects of CeO2 on the microstructure, microhardness, wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance of Ni-based metal-ceramic coatings were investigated. The results show that the cracks, holes and entrapment in the coatings reduces with the addition of 0.6wt% CeO2, the grain becomes small, the microstructure uniformity improves, the hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance of the coatings increases.
