摘要 DNA是生命活动中最重要的遗传物质,易受各种因素的作用而出现损伤。DNA双链断裂(double-strand break,DSB)是最致命的DNA损伤^[1],以往的研究证实DSB产生的基因组不稳定性与基因突变、染色体易位和肿瘤形成相关^[2]。在高等真核细胞中针对DSB最主要的修复方式是非同源末端连接(NHEJ),
