摘要
研究了金纳米棒与EDTA—Cu(Ⅱ)相互作用的共振光散射特征,建立了一种测定水中痕量铜离子的新方法.实验表明:金纳米棒的共振光散射强度随EDTA—Cu(Ⅱ)浓度呈线性下降(相关系数R=-0.9960),线性范围为3.20×10^-4~2.56×10^-5mol/L,自制样品回收率为96%~105%;该方法选择性强,少有共存离子干扰,并且金纳米棒的形状和大小对结果没有影响.
A new resonance light scattering method for the determination of Cu( Ⅱ ) has been studied, based on the study of the resonance light scattering of gold nanorods and EDTA-Cu( Ⅱ ). It shows that the RLS of NRs-EDTA-Cu(Ⅱ) decreases with the increase of the concentrations of EDTA-Cu( Ⅱ ), and the correlation coefficient is -0. 9960. The method is useful for measuring Cu^2+ at concentrations ranging from 3.20 × 10^-6 to 2.5× 10^-5 mol L^-1 , Cu^2+ could be determined with the recovery of 95.0-105.6% and R. S. D. is lower than 4.0%. The outstanding merits of the method is the selectivity and stability, and it is found that neither other metallic ions, nor the shape and size of gold nanorods could exert influence.
