摘要
介绍了GA309型预湿浆纱机采用物质平衡原理设计的浆液浓度在线检测及控制系统.该系统可以实时在线检测浆槽内浆液浓度,并把浆液浓度控制在一定范围之内.经用户实践验证,该系统能够保证上浆质量.
Adapting the matter balance principle,the paper introduces the online check and control system with the GA309 pre-wetting sizing machine. It can not only complete the online check of the size concentration in the sizing-slot, but also control it well. Tested shows that it can keep sizing well.
