浅析新农村建设背景下的农业推广人才培养

Study on Fostering Agricultural Extension Professionals under Background of New Socialist Countryside Constrution

农业是国民经济的基础,农业发展靠科技,科技进步靠推广,推广技术靠人才。本文首先介绍了我国农业、农村发展现状,就此总结出当今农业推广人才队伍存在的问题主要是资金投入不足、队伍整体水平薄弱且参差不齐、人才结构与知识结构不适应等;并在新时期下农业推广技术人才的需求分析基础上提出了新农村建设背景下农业推广人才培养的具体措施,对我国农业推广人才的培养有一定的指导意义。

Agriculture is the base of national economy. Agricultural development relies on progress in agricultural technology, and agricultural extension provides a strong support for technological progress. By introducing the current development of China＇s agriculture and rural areas, this paper summarizes the current problems in building a team of agricultural extension professionals, for example, shortage of capital supply, weakness in team construction, unbalance between talent structure and knowlege structure. Based on the analysis of the need for agricultural extension professionals under this new situation, this paper puts forwards specific measures about how to cultivate the talents of this kind, which plays a vital role in promoting the development of agricultural talent.
