On Our SMES to Collecting CI by Using the Resources in Institutions of Higher Education

竞争情报搜集工作是企业竞争情报工作的重要环节。我国中小企业由于自身规模较小、资金缺乏、人员的信息处理能力相对较低,很难有效地开展竞争情报搜集工作,而高校具有良好的理论基础、人才优势、丰富的文献资料、充足的网络设施等资源,为中小企业获取竞争情报提供了有利保证。

Collecting CI is the most important step in enterprise CI. Because of the small scale, lacking of money and the ability of information processing, the SMES can＇t do CI collecting effectively. The university has good theory basis, expert advantage, abundant document, adequate facilities of network and etc. All of these provide a good way for collecting CI.
