The thesis explains the significance of memory ability which occurs in vocality education in colleges from psychology, and the cultivation of this ability. Meanwhile, the thesis puts emphasis on the particularity of teachers＇memory training in vocality education and emphasizes that the cultivation of both of the students ＂and teachers＇memories is bidirectional.
