恶性胃肠道间质瘤^18F-FDG PET/CT显像二例
摘要
病例1患者男,68岁,2年前发现右腹部包块,剖腹探查取样送检3枚淋巴结,提示反应性增生,未见肿瘤转移。近年感包块长大,大便隐血(+),一般情况尚可。患者既往有糖尿病及骶尾部畸胎瘤史。彩色多普勒超声检查示,中下腹偏右见一有包膜的混合回声大肿块,考虑为原肿瘤复发;常规CT示右下腹及盆腔巨大的不规则占位肿块影,考虑肠源性肿瘤可能性大。
