恶性胃肠道间质瘤^18F-FDG PET／CT显像二例
摘要
病例1患者男，68岁，2年前发现右腹部包块，剖腹探查取样送检3枚淋巴结，提示反应性增生，未见肿瘤转移。近年感包块长大，大便隐血（＋），一般情况尚可。患者既往有糖尿病及骶尾部畸胎瘤史。彩色多普勒超声检查示，中下腹偏右见一有包膜的混合回声大肿块，考虑为原肿瘤复发；常规CT示右下腹及盆腔巨大的不规则占位肿块影，考虑肠源性肿瘤可能性大。
