单盲法快速-ELISA诊断血吸虫病的效果观察

Observations of Diagnostic Effects on Schistosomiasis Japonica with quick-ELISA (Q-ELISA) by Single-blind Method

以单盲法及目测判读与检测OD值对比观察快速ELISA诊断血吸虫病的效果。单盲法检测56例日本血吸虫病人及33名健康者血清，敏感性94，6％，特异性97．0％；与其它寄生虫病（肺吸虫病）的交叉反应率为6．2％。以目测法判断与测定OD值作对比，检测58例血吸虫病人及35名健康者血清，阳性检出率分别为94．8％和96，5％，特异性分别是100％和97．1％；经χ2检验，P＞0．05两法判断结果无显著性差异；与肺吸虫病和肝吸虫病均未见交叉反应。本实验进一个证明：快速－ELISA试验具有较好的诊断价值，适于现场推广应用。如以测定OD值判断结果，则使该法更具客观标准。

This article showed diagnostic effects on schistosomiasis Japonica with Q-ELISA, by read-ing with the naked eye and/or by OD value. With the single-blind method, 56 cases of schistosomiasisJaponica and 33 healthy persons were detected. Sensitivity and spectificity,ere 94. 6% and 97. 0%respectively, and the rate of cross-reaction with paragonimiasis patients was 6. 2%. Furthermore, 58cases of schistosomiasis Japonica and 35 healtby persons were tested, and the seusitivity and speci-ficity were 94. 8% and 100% with the naked eye, and 96. 5% and 97. 1% by OD value. There was no statis-tically significant difference(P>0.05) between the results with the naked eye aud by OD value. Andno cross-reaction with paragonimiasis and clonochiasis was found. The present study further indicat-ed that the Q-ELISA possessed better diagnostic value and might be applied in the fields. Bnt if byOD value, the Q-ELISA assay was more objective.
