摘要
通过静电纺丝制备的尼龙6/66共聚物纳米纤维毡在水中的结构和尺寸稳定性差,这阻碍了产品的实际应用。本文探讨了湿热后处理对纤维的结晶结构和纤维毡的力学性能以及尺寸稳定性的影响。研究发现:经过润湿的试样,在90℃下加热,随着热处理时间的延长,纤维的结晶度增加;热定型时间超过15分钟后,试样的尺寸基本稳定,力学性能也得到了很大改善。
The applications of electrospun nylon6/66 copolymer nonwovens fabrics are limited because of contraction in water. In our study, the wetted nonwoven was heated for 10 - 30 min at 90℃, then the crystal structure, mechanical properties and stability in water of treated sample were investigated. The results indicate that the crystallinity increased with heating time, and the contraction in water decreased. The mechanical properties were greatly improved when a wetted electrospun nylon6/66 copolymer nonwoven was heated for above 15 minutes at 90℃.
