帕金森病合并原发性震颤一家系 被引量：1

摘要 先证者（Ⅳ2）女，45岁，因“身体僵硬、活动不灵活1年”于2007年2月在我院就诊。患者1年前出现颈部僵硬、活动不灵活，10月前累及左侧上肢，出现活动迟缓；半年前出现四肢抖，持物等活动时明显，5月前出现右侧肢体僵硬、活动不灵活，上述症状逐渐加重。4月前曾诊断为“帕金森病”，给予安坦、息宁治疗，症状明显改善。近期效果逐渐减退来诊。既往史：2岁曾患脑膜炎，治愈。个人史：吸烟20年，10支／天，病后偶尔饮酒。查体：双眼扫视运动慢，面具脸，
