女性乳腺癌原发灶前哨淋巴结微转移与nm23-H1的表达

摘要 目的探讨如何早期发现处于亚临床阶段的乳腺癌隐匿转移灶。方法取手术切除乳腺癌原发灶标本51例,采用前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)方法,HE染色法,免疫组织化学染色(IHC)法。结果HE法检测前哨淋巴结(SLN)的结果同IHC法结果比较,IHC法检出率明显高于HE法,(P<0.05)。结论以CK-19为探针的IHC法检测能提高乳腺癌SLN微转移的检出率,降低其假阴性率,nm23-H1在乳腺癌中呈高表达。
