应用改良激光虹膜周边切除术治疗闭角型青光眼临床观察

The clinical effect of improved laser peripheral iridectomy in treating angle-closure glaucoma

目的在激光虹膜切除术治疗中，应用改进的操作技术和给药方式，观察其治疗效果和术中、术后并发症发生情况，以进一步指导临床治疗。方法观察需行激光虹膜切除术治疗的闭角型青光眼患者60例91只眼，应用多波长氪离子激光联合Nd：YAG激光行激光虹膜切除术，记录一次透切成功率、手术时间、患者自觉反应、术中及术后并发症等情况。结果应用改良的治疗方法全例一次透切成功，手术时间短，患者自觉反应轻微，术后虹膜炎症反应轻，一过性高眼压发生率低。结论经过技术改进的激光虹膜切除术具有手术时间短、一次透切成功率高、并发症少的优点，值得在临床工作中推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of improved laser peripheral iridectomy and special methods of using medicines in treating angle-closure glaucoma. Methods There are 60 patients with 91 eyes diagnosed angle-closure glaucoma needing laser peripheral iridectomy, accepted multi-length krypton laser combined Nd：YAG laser treatment. Then all the patients＇ once penetrating rate, the operation time, the sensation and the complications were recorded. Results By using improved methods, the once penetrating rate was 100%, the operation time was shortened, and the rate of iris inflammation and once high intraocular pressure were low. Conclusions The improved method of laser peripheral iridectomy was worth spreading.
