多普勒超声心动图对心脏原发性肿瘤的应用研究

Research of diagnosis the primary cardiac tumors applied by Doppler echocardiography

目的研究心脏原发性肿瘤超声心动图特征及规律性。方法应用二维超声心动图(2DE)在心脏各切面观察心脏内部结构改变、肿瘤所在心腔内的部位、形态、大小及运动状况;而后启动CDFI观察各心腔内血流信号变化;并将超声心动图诊断结果与术后病理相对照。结果根据超声心动图特征对101例心脏肿瘤全部做出正确诊断,与术后病理符合率为93.07%。结论心脏原发性肿瘤的超声心动图特征及规律性明显。多普勒超声心动图对心脏原发性肿瘤有特异性诊断价值,是诊断心脏原发性肿瘤实时、简便、快捷及准确的检查手段。

Objective To study the sonographic characteristics and regularity of primary cardiac tumors.Methods The changes of cardiocoelomic structure,the location,appearance,size and movement of tumors were observed in every cardiac sectiones by two dimension echocardiograph,then blood flow signal of each chambers heart were observed by color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）.The diagnostic findings by echocardiogram were contrast to the pathology.Results All the 101 cases of cardiac tumors were diagnosed accurately according to the sonographic characteristics,the coincidental rate contrast to the pathology findings is 93.07%.Conclusion The sonographic characteristics and regularity of primary cardiac tumors are obvious,Doppler echocardiography has special diagnostic value for primary cardiac tumors,it is a real time,convenient,shortcut and accurate examination to diagnose the primary cardiac tumors.
