摘要
应用因子分析法研究碘缺乏区不同智商组学龄儿童体内非碘元素的作用模式。研究结果表明学龄儿童体内存在协同效应、拮抗效应及单离子效应三种非碘元素作用模式,进一步证实病区存在非碘元素及其复合效应影响着学龄儿童的智商水平。
The acting-patterns of non-iodine elements in the bodies of school children with different IQ level have been studied by factor analysis. The results showed that there were three acting-patterns of non-iodine elements, synergism effection (Zn、Ca、Mg), antagonism effection (Zn、Cu、Fe) and single ion effection (Se、Mn、Cu、Fe), and confirmed further that there were non-iodine elements and their complex-effection on the IQ level of school children in iodine deficient areas to provide scientific evidence for completing the measures of prevention and treatment headed by supplementing iodine.
