Study on Knoevenage l-Doebner Synthetic routes of β-substituted acrylic acids

探讨了β－取代丙烯酸的Ｋｎｏｅｖｅｎａｇｅｌ－Ｄｏｅｂｎｅｒ合成法，提出了一种新的合成方案，由此合成了一系列β－取代丙烯酸类化合物，结果显示，新合成法用于取代芳醛合成β－取代丙烯酸，操作简便，反应迅速。

β-Substituted acrylic acids possess many physiological functions. This article has discussed the Knoevenagel-Doebner Synthesis of β-Substitufed acrylic acids,provided a new Synthetic route,and prepared a series of β-Substituted acrylic acids.The experimental results suggested that the new Synthetic route from substituted aromatic aldehyde to β-substituted acrylic acid is simple in operation, high speed in reaction and high yield, in rate of recovery. Therefore, there is important of practical value.
