摘要
人尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂是一种可药用的生物制品，人尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂的粗品经过超滤，离子交换层析和亲和层析三步纯化，获得人尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂的中间品，其效价由原来的１０ｉｕ／ｍｇ纯化到２２４０ｉｕ／ｍｇ，比活为２４５０ｉｕ／ｍｇ蛋白质。活性回收率为５８％
Human Urine Trypsin Inhibitor(HUTI) is the glycoprotein extracted from normal human urine. In medicine,it has been used to diminish inflammation.HUTI was purified by ultrafiltration, ion-exchange and affinity chromatography. The final product possessed HUTI activity of 2240 iu/mg, rate of recovery was 58%。
