Study on the Relationship Between Cytochrome P4502D6G→A Mutation and Lung Cancer Susceptibility

探讨中国汉族人种ＣｙＰ２Ｄ６Ｇ－Ａ突变频率及与肺癌易感性的关系，结果显示中国汉人ＣｙＰ２Ｄ６Ｇ－Ａ突变频率不同于欧洲、北美人的突变频率。

According to the ability of cytochrome P4502D6 metabolize debrisoquine,population are divided into three metabolic types of EM. PM and HEM. That is connected with the P4502D6 polymorphism among population. 2D6 is related to thirty clinic drugs metabolism and can activate precancerogen.(NNK) in smoke. Aim of this article is to study the relationship between cytochrome P4502D6G→A and lung cancer susceptibility. The result shows that 2D6G→A mutant frequency in Chinese differs from that in Europeans and North Americans and that 2D6 G- A mutation is not connected with lung cancer susceptibility.
