摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,用VP-ODS色谱柱和PDA检测器,以二苯甲酮为内标物,乙腈︰水(pH3.0)=70︰30(V/V)为流动相,在237nm波长下,对丙草胺和异丙隆的混剂中有效成分进行高效液相色谱定量分析的方法。结果表明,该分析的标准偏差分别为0.058,0.065;变异系数分别为0.25%,0.17%;线性相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9998;平均回收率分别为99.69%,99.25%。
A method for separation and determination of pretilachlor .isoproturon 60% wp by HPLC with VP-ODS column, benzophenone as internal standard, PDA detector at 237nm.and acetonitrile＋water=70＋30 （V/V） with pH 3.0 was introduced in this paper. The results showed that the standard deviation were 0.058, 0.065; the coefficients of variation were 0.25%, 0.17% ; the linear correlations were 0.999 9, 0.999 8 and the average recoveries were 99.69%, 99.25% for pretilachlor and isoproturon,respectively.
