摘要 凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)是基于体积排阻的分离机理,通过具有分子筛性质的固定相,进行分离的。它在农药残留前处理分离、净化方面,尤其是对富含脂肪、色素等大分子的样品前处理方面具有明显的优势。本文综述了凝胶渗透色谱的原理及其在杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂和农药多残留分析前处理中的研究进展,并对凝胶渗透色谱在农药残留分析前处理中的应用进行了展望。 Gel permeation chromatography is based on the mechanism of size exclusion. Gel permeation chromatography can separate small molecules or homologues which have different size. Gel permeation chromatography possesses an obvious advantage such as removing fats, oils and pigments in sample preparation for analysis of pesticide residue. The present paper reviewed the theory and application of gel permeation chromatography in the analyses of insecticide, herbicide, fungicide and pesticide muhiresidue analysis. The application of gel permeation chromatography in the analyses of pesticide residue were put forward.
