摘要
通过对内蒙古某炼钢厂连铸机动态轻压下液压压下系统的研究,推导了该系统在位置控制下的传递函数,并对系统进行了时域和频域分析,确定系统各主要参数对其动态性能的影响,找出最优控制参数,优化系统。
By making research on the dynamic soft hydraulic screw down system for the continuous caster of a steelworks of Inner Mongolia, the transfer functions have been derive when this screw down system is in position control, and also time domain and frequency domain analysis have been done for this screw down system, and the influence of each main parameter on the dynamic characteristics of this system is confirmed, and the optimal control parameter is obtained, which can optimize the system.
