DLM2型电磁离合器制造工艺改进

摘要 根据电磁离合器的结构及工作原理,对DLM2型电磁离合器齿片加工及影响吸和、脱开时间的因素进行了工艺改进,并对线圈与磁轭体的装配、磁轭与内齿套联结螺钉夹紧力、衔铁与磁轭之间气隙调整等作严格规定。 According to the structure and operating principle of the electromagnetic clutch, the process improve-ment has been done for the tooth machining of DLM2 electromagnetic clutch, and the factors which influence the coupling and uncoupling time. Also the strict regulations have been made for the assembly of the coil and magnetic yoke, the clamping force of the connecting screws for the magnetic yoke and internal tooth sleeve, and the air clearance adjustment between the armature and magnetic yoke.
