摘要
本试验就太谷本地绵羊在卵巢运输温度和培养方法两个方面对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟的影响作了研究。结果表明,绵羊卵巢在15~20℃,22~30℃,32~37℃三个运输温度下,以22~30℃的A、B级卵母细胞率高,而且卵母细胞的成熟率也最高。培养方法采用传统石蜡油覆盖法和套皿法,发现套皿法的培养效果更好些,可以取代传统的培养方法。
The experiments mainly study on the oocytes in local sheep in different ovary transfer temperature and culture medthods. It was found that in 15 - 20℃, 22 - 30℃, 32 - 37℃, the optimal transfer temperature of ovaries is 22 - 30℃, in which the rate of A,B oocytes and the rate of mature oocyte are highest. And the optimal culture method is the nest dish culture method.
