介绍了适用于粉体纳米材料透射电子显微镜样品制备的方法，采用了Fonnva广碳双层膜、超声分散等方法，使粉体纳米材料粒子的外部特征得到充分显示。
This essay focuses on the producing method which is suit for powdery nano-material TEM models, applying forvar-carbon double support mambrane and ultrasonic dispersional method to make particle external characteristics of powdery nano-material fully shown.
