补气祛风法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘38例

Invigorating qi and expelling the wind method for 38 cases of children cough variant asthma

目的观察补气祛风法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法38例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿均以补气祛风法为治疗原则,口服中药汤剂,并随症加减,7d后统计疗效。结果临床治愈19例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率为92.11%。结论采用补气祛风法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,既可提高患儿抗病能力,又可减轻机体对过敏因素的应激反应,抗复发、防演变,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of invigorating qi and expelling the wind method for cough variant asthma. Methods 38 cases of cough variant asthma were all treated with invigorating qi and expelling the wind method, added or reduced drugs by TCM. Statisticed the therapeutic effects after 7 days. Results Cured 19 cases, effect 16 cases, no effect were 3 cases. The total effects were 92.11%. Conclusion The method of invigorating qi and expelling the wind for cough variant asthma, not only improve the ability of resistance to disease, but also reduce the stress reaction for anaphylaxis, resistance to relapse and prevent to developing. The clinical curative effects are obvious.
