摘要
对沧州地区五个生产桔汁厂家生产的桔汁,做了Vit C含量测定和食品卫生调查。结果表明市售桔汁Vit C含量低,卫生质量很差。全部样品中的Vit C含量范围是0～27.36mg/100ml,<3mg/100ml者占58％;不含蔗糖,只有糖精钠者10％;微生物指标合格率仅占14％;人工合成色素的使用合格率是60％。
Inspections on vitamin C and food hygiene of orange juices produced by the five factories of Changzhou area.The results indicated the concentration of vitamin C and food hygiene quality of these orange juices were extremely poor.The amount of vitamin C in fifty samples ranged from 0 to 27.36mg/100ml. of which 58％ was lower than 3mg/100ml. There was no sugar but only saccharin sodium in 10％ of these samples.The sugar content in 38％ of these juices was under 10％ and from 10％ to 35％ in 52％.The rate of the samples up to the microbiotic and artificial colour standards was 14％ and 60％respectively. An improvement on these situations was suggested.
