摘要
对沧州地区五个生产桔汁厂家生产的桔汁,做了Vit C含量测定和食品卫生调查。结果表明市售桔汁Vit C含量低,卫生质量很差。全部样品中的Vit C含量范围是0~27.36mg/100ml,<3mg/100ml者占58%;不含蔗糖,只有糖精钠者10%;微生物指标合格率仅占14%;人工合成色素的使用合格率是60%。
Inspections on vitamin C and food hygiene of orange juices produced by the five factories of Changzhou area.The results indicated the concentration of vitamin C and food hygiene quality of these orange juices were extremely poor.The amount of vitamin C in fifty samples ranged from 0 to 27.36mg/100ml. of which 58% was lower than 3mg/100ml. There was no sugar but only saccharin sodium in 10% of these samples.The sugar content in 38% of these juices was under 10% and from 10% to 35% in 52%.The rate of the samples up to the microbiotic and artificial colour standards was 14% and 60%respectively. An improvement on these situations was suggested.
