摘要
采用土壤干旱胁迫处理株高20 cm的盆栽附子60 d,测定地上茎叶和地下根及根茎各生长指标以及生物量。结果显示,经2个月的胁迫处理,附子植株叶片数在不同干旱胁迫处理之间差异极显著,主根直径和根冠比之间差异显著。在土壤相对含水量70%时,根冠比为3.146,主根直径也达最大值1.881 cm,达到最佳生长状态。因此,一定程度的干旱胁迫有利于附子的产量的提高。
To study the effect of drought stress on the growth of Radix aconiti Lateralis Preparata,the growth status of Radix aconiti Lateralis Preparata including leaf, stem, toot and biomass was measured when 20cm high Radix had lived in drought stress soil for 60 days. The results showed that after two months' drought stress, numbers of leaves of Radix aconiti Lateralis Preparata showed extremely significant difference among all the treatments (relative soil water content : 100 % ,85 % ,70 % ,55 % ,40 % ) ;as well as significant difference for taproot diameter and root/shoot ratio. With the 70 % relative soil water content, Radix aconiti Lateralis Preparata reached its optimal growth in which root./ shoot ratio of was 3. 146, taproot diameter 1. 881cm. Conclusion : The yield of Radix aconiti Lateralis Preparata can be advanced by a certain degree of drought stress.
