5亿活孢子/克木霉菌可湿性粉剂的研制 被引量:7

摘要 通过木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)可湿性粉剂配方研究,确定配方为:润湿剂B54%,分散剂C46%,保护剂UV-10.3%,稳定剂E 0.2%,载体A1补足100%。质量检测结果表明产品中孢子萌发率75%以上,悬浮率75%以上,润湿时间〈1min,产品各项指标符合可湿性粉剂的要求。田间药效试验结果表明,5亿活孢子/克木霉菌可湿性粉剂800—1000倍液防治田间番茄灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea Pets)的防治效果与50%腐霉利WP1200倍液和20%百·霉威WP1300倍液防效相当。 Through researching on the formulation of the wettable powder of Trichoderma ,the optimal formulation were confirmed as follows. The content of wetting agent B5 ,dispersing agent C4, protectant agent UV-1, and stabilizer E were 4 % ,6 % ,0.3 % and 0.2 % respectively. Synchronously,adding packing A1 up to 100 % was need. The quality detection showed that both germination rate of eonidia and suspension rate of the production were over 75 % ,and the dispersion time was less than 1 min which were up to the formulation standard. The effect of wettable powder of Trichoderma to control tomato Botrytis cinerea was similar to the control pesticides when applied Trichoderma WP 800 to 1000 times in field.
