摘要
测定214例正常孕妇不同孕周的血清锌、铜浓度和40例健康非孕妇女血清锌、铜浓度。结果表明:孕妇血清锌浓度孕24周后随孕周逐渐下降(Ρ<0.001)。血清铜浓度孕12周后随孕周进行性升高(Ρ<0.001)。所得正常数值,可作为临床应用的参数。
The serum zinc and copper were determined in different pregnant weeks in 214 normal pregnant women and 40 nonpregnant women served as controls.The results showed that serum zinc concertration gradually decreased after 24 week gestation(P<O.01)and serum copper level gradually increased(P<O.01)after 12 week pregnancy.The normal value of serum zinc and copper provided the clinical reference.
