高效毛细管电泳法测定中药材白僵蚕抗惊活性成分方法的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 研究表明,中药材白僵蚕具有较好的抗惊作用,其主要有效成分是草酸铵。采用毛细管电泳法测定中药材白僵蚕中草酸铵,发现不同的pH,反应时间,反应温度,缓冲液浓度对测定存在着不同程度的影响;初步确立了测定僵蚕体内草酸根离子的最佳条件。草酸根阴离子在5min时间能得以很好的分离,最佳测定条件是pH为8.0,铬酸钠缓冲液浓度为5mmol/L,从而探索出毛细管电泳法在测定中药材白僵蚕中草酸铵含量上的可行性。 The results showed that, Chinese medieinal-bombyx batryticatus had the effect of anti-startled ,which principal effective component was oxalic acid ammonium. The capillary electrophoresis method to examine the oxalic acid ammonium in the bombyx batryticatus was adopted. It was found that different pH, reacting time ,reacting temperature, and the concentration of the buffer solution had different influences to the examination. It fringely established the optimum condition to determine the root anion of oxalic acid in bombyx batrytieatus. The root anion of oxalic acid got very good separation with 5 min,and the optimum determining conditions of the pH value, the concentration of chromate natrium buffer were about 8 min ,5 mmol/L;thus it explored the feasibility of the capillary electrophoresis method on the content of oxalic acid ammonium in examining the bombyx batryfieatus.
