摘要
用蛋黄及胆固醇饲料喂养不同年龄的大鼠两个月,可引起幼年鼠和成年鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)显著升高,但幼年鼠血清TC升高的速度和幅度不及成年鼠者(Ρ<0.05)。成年鼠摄取胆固醇和蛋黄后,血清载脂蛋白A-I(apoA-I)降低(Ρ<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显低于基础饲料组(Ρ<0.02)而幼年鼠则无明显变化。蛋黄和胆固醇可引起两个年龄组大鼠HDL-C/TC比值显著降低,而且有明显的年龄差异,成年鼠显著低于幼年鼠(Ρ<0.05),成年鼠和幼年鼠肌胆固醇及幼年鼠肝胆固醇含量高于基础饲料组者(Ρ<0.05)。这些结果表明:幼年鼠,成年鼠对高胆固醇摄入的反应性有年龄差异。
The young and adult rat groups were fed with egg yolk and cholesterol diet for two months.The serum total cholesterol of both groups were increased,but in the adult rat group the increase was more than that in the young group(P<0.05).Dietary egg yolk and cholesterol reduced the high density 1ipoprotein cholesterol and apoA-Ⅰ of the adult group,while that in young group was not changed.The cholesterol in muscle of adult and young rat groups fet with cholesterol and egg yolk was apparently increased,while the cholesterol content in liver of young group fed with cholesterol was higher than that in the adult(P<0.05).These results show that response of rate to dietary cholesterol is varied with age.
