摘要
2008年初我国南方地区出现了历史罕见的低温雨雪冰冻灾害,给交通运输、电力传输、通讯设施、能源供应、农林业及人民生产生活造成了严重影响,国家经济建设损失巨大。本文通过总结在灾害期间江西采取的应急措施和方法,分析了在应对灾害过程中暴露出的一些问题,提出了今后处置突发性灾害事件的建议和对策。为各级政府部门开展防灾减灾工作提供决策参考。
Transportation, power transmission, communications, energy supply, agriculture, forest and living was seriously influenced, and the national economy was badly harmed by a freezing rain and snow disaster in the south of China in 2008. In order to provide some disaster reducing suggestions for governments, this paper sums up Jiangxi＇ s contingency measures and methods in the disaster, analyses the problems exposed in countering the disaster, and puts forward some advice and countermeasures against sudden disasters.
