家兔中脑水管室管膜的扫描与透射电镜观察

摘要 以扫描与透射电镜观察家兔中脑水管室管膜上皮,主要有纤毛、微绒毛、花球状和泡球状结构,以及三种室管膜上细胞。中脑水管室管膜上皮的作用,实际上要比以前所预料者更为的重要,支持神经元—室管膜—脑脊液间通路的存在。 The dominant structures of ependyma of cerebral aqueduct in the rabbit are the cilia, microvilli, spherical structures and three types of the supraependymal cells that were observed with SEM and TEM. A variety of functions of the aqueduct ependyma have been postulated, thus suggesting the possible routes between CSF and neurons via the ependyma.In fact, the ependyma of the aqueduct may play a much more important role than that previously believed.
