低磷营养胁迫条件下小麦RNA酶与酸性磷酸酶活性的变化 被引量:13

摘要 低磷营养胁迫条件下,长穗偃麦草一中国春二体异附加系的RNA酶(RNase)活性显著提高,RNase的IEF研究结果表明,对照条件下只有极微弱的活性带,而磷饥饿状态下则诱导出明显的特异活性带,但诱导出的活性带无基因型间的差异。长稳偃麦草-中国春和灯芯偃麦草-中国春两套二体异附加系根系分泌的酸性磷酸酶(AcPh)活性不同程度的显著提高。IEF结果表明,低磷胁迫诱导出低pH范围内(PH3-5)的特异活性带,且活性带无基因型间的差异。 RNase activity was significantly enhanced among alien disomic addition lines of Agropyron elongatum-Chinese Spring under phosphorus deficiency stress. IEF of RNaseshowed that only extremely faint bands were observed on +P (CK) condition,in contrast with that the clear bands were induced under phosphorus deficiency stress. However,the induced bands were not specific to different addition lines. Acid phosphatase activity was also significantly increased with the varied extent under the stress condition incomparision with that on -P condition. IEF result of AcPh isozymes demonstratedthe induced bands within the range of pH 3-5 under the stress condition.
