5个澳洲野生棉种植株形态性状与叶片过氧化物同工酶谱研究

摘要 研究了斯特提棉(G.sturtianum)、南岱华棉(G.andewareuse)、澳洲棉(G.australe)、纳尔逊氏棉(G.nelsonii)和比克氏棉(G.bickii)5个澳洲野生棉种的种子和植株的形态性状、色素腺体性状、棉酚含量和叶片过氧化物同工醇等主要性状。结果表明,斯特提棉和南岱华棉、澳洲棉和纳尔逊氏棉在种子、植株和花器形态性状,以及叶片过氧化物同工酶谱等性状分别比较相似,比克氏棉的形态特征介于上述两类棉种之间,略近似于澳洲棉和纳尔逊氏棉。5个棉种均具有种子无色素腺体植株有色素腺体的特性,其休眠种子的棉酸含量极低,而种子萌发后的子叶、下胚轴和植株其它器官均含有较高的棉酚。 The seed and plant morphological characters,gland expression,gossypol contents,and peroxide isoenzymes of the 5 wild species of Gossypium in Australia were studied inthis paper. The results shown that the morphological characters of seed,plant and flowers, and the peroxide isoenzymes for the leaves between G. sturtianum and G. nandewarense were very similar,as well as these between G. australe and G. nelsonii. Those ofG. bickii was intermediate between the two kinds of species,inclined to G. australe andor G. nelsonii. All the 5 species have the character of glandless seeds and glan4ed plant,and there are few gossypol in the dormand seeds,and after seed germination,however,all the parts of the plant,included the cotyledons and hypocotyls have the high contentsof gossypol.
