摘要
以自制的“妊娠特用固体饮料”喂养妊娠后wistar鼠,每只每天1～1.5ml。于孕鼠分娩后与对照组比较新生鼠的身长、体重,同时取肝、肾等器官常规制片,显微镜观察。结果表明,喂养组新生鼠身长、体重均较对照组有显著增加(Ρ<0.05)。喂养组无1只死亡,对照组死亡5只,两组的死亡率有显著差异(Ρ<0.05)。两组各器官发育均正常,但喂养组的组织分化较好。
In this experiment,30 female pregnant wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups.There were 15 rats each group. It is beginning from zero day of conception that 15 rats of the testing group were orally administrated,with the juice made by ourself. A rat was given 1 to 1.5ml each day(concentration 1:1).The rats of the control group were orally administrated with only equivalent water. After delivery of the pregnant rats,the height and weight of the newborn rats were measured and compared.At the same time,conventional section of liver,kidney were observed by light microscope. The results showed that the increases in the height and weight of the testing rats were more obvious(P<0.05)than those of the control rats;the organs developed better; there was no death in the testing group,but 5 newborn rats were dead in the control group(P<0.05).
