摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了普通饲料、低硒饲料之间的硒含量的差别以及在这两种条件饲养下长大的大鼠血硒含量。结果表明,饲料中硒含量的差异对动物体内硒含量具有较大影响。
Atomic absorption sepctrophotometry (AAS)was used to compare the selenium concertration of normal feedstuff with that of lowselenium feedstuff, and detect the serum selenium concertration in two groups of rats respectively fed up by one of these two feedstuffs. The results show that the animals' selenium concertration is affected prominently by the selenium concertration of the feedstuff.
