摘要
论述企业整体上市概念以及整体上市的重要意义,分析整体上市宏观上应把握的5大问题,就当前中国股市整体上市5种方式进行了利弊探讨,笔者提出的个人见识旨在为拟整体上市企业及相关人员提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The important significance and concept of enterprises holistic listing are discussed, five problems of holistic listing to be grasped in macroscopic are analysed and the advantages and disadvantages of five methods of holistic listing in Chinese stock market are discussed. Author＇s views has reference value for enterprises holistic listing and work of related personnel.
