It was transformed the network chart of traffic into a mathematics figure through the method that had been involved in the graph theory by using the ＂ break the law of enclosing ＂ to find out the economical way from enterprises to warehouses and stores. Then a mathematical model was built up, and the prediction mini- mum time of stock and the best routes for transport was drived by Lingo. Finally, the model was evaluated and generalized.
