针对目前实验室建设从数量扩张向质量提升的转变,以及加强实验室内涵建设的要求,详细阐述了实验室内涵建设要牢固树立3个理念,切实转变4个观念,认真开展5方面的工作,以确保实验室的可持续发展.

In view of the transformation of laboratory construction from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement, and the demand for strengthening connotation construction of laboratory, it was propossed that the connotation construction of laboratory should set up three ideas reliably, transform four concepts substantially, carry out works in five aspects seriously, which would ensure the laboratory sustainable development.
