汽车催化转化器压力损失模拟分析

摘要 在汽车排气系统上使用催化转化器会造成较大的压力损失,影响发动机的动力性和经济性。用计算流体力学软件研究催化转化器扩张管结构对压力损失的影响。研究表明:入口扩张角对催化转化器的压力损失有较大影响,随着扩张管锥角的增大,催化转化器内压力损失增加,但扩张管锥角增大到一定程度后,压力损失增加的幅度会逐渐减小。 Catalytic converters in the exhaust system cause pressure loss, thus penalizing the vehicle's fuel economy and power output. A computational fluid dynamics code was used to simulate the flow in the catalytic converters to study the effects of the diffusion headers on the pressure losses. The results show that Along with divergent tube awl angle increasing, in the catalytic converter the pressure loss increases, but the divergent tube awl angle increases after the certain degree, the pressure loss increases the scope gradually reduces.
