摘要
通过对HBT系列混凝土输送泵正反泵无反应、系统失压、突然停机、分配阀摆动无力、油温过高、堵管等6种常见故障的分析和排除,提出了使用混凝土输送泵过程中正确操作和采取预防措施的重要性。
Through the analysis and exclusion of HBT series conorete pump for the machinery trouble such like pump none-reaction, system losing pressure, sudden shutdown, distribute vale powerless on swing, temperature over high and pipe block up etc. This paper states the importance of proper operation and taking prevention against trouble with the processing of concrete pump.
