Study on the Measure and the Disserve of Ice and Snow Climate over the Road Transportation

从灾害天气对道路运输安全影响的角度出发,运用汽车运输工程学中的相关知识,分析了冰雪灾害对道路运输安全构成危害的机理及可能产生的危害。提出了解决冰雪灾害的应对措施,建立了基于气象条件的交通安全管理系统,该系统包括信息采集系统、指挥控制系统、信息发布系统和快速响应系统4个子系统。采取了必要的工程防护措施,并逐步建立了较为完善的公路冰雪清除服务体系。

This article use the others＇ research result for reference, from the impact of disaster weather over the safe of the road transport, use the relevance knowledge of motor transport engineering, analysis of the reason how ice and snow disaster to damage the safe of the road transport radically, and discuss the damage which may caused particularly. Have brought forward the measure resolving ice and snow disaster, includ have brought forward a traffic safety manage system which based on the condition of the weather. This system contains information collection system, command control system, information issue system and celerity respond system. Have suggested that the necessary project should be built-up to protect road. Also, we should build-up of ice and snow serving system as soon as possible.
