摘要
比较了菠菜和蚕豆叶绿体的光合磷酸化活力以及由不同活化方法活化的叶绿体及可溶CF1的Mg2+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase的活力,观测到两种叶绿体ATPase的合成和水解ATP的功能有明显差异。从两种叶绿体CF1的SDS-PAGE图谱上可见蚕豆CF1的ε亚基分子量明显小于菠菜的,蚕豆CF1的α和β亚基间分子量的差别也比菠菜的小。
A comparative functin-structure study was made on chlrpast CF1 of spinach and brad bean. It was shown that the activity of photophosphorylation and Mg2+-ATPase of chloroplasts activated by methanl from brad bean were higher than thse frm spinach (Table 1, Fig. 2 ). Hwever, the Mg2+- ATPase activity of spinach chloroplasts activated by DTT and light, and the Ca2+-ATPase activity of those by methanl or trypsin were both higher than thse of broad bean (Tables 2, 3, Fig. 2). The same was true for the Ca2+-ATPase activity of soluble CF1 (Table 4 ). The SDS-PAGE map showed that the mlecular weight of ε subunit of broad bean CF1 was smaller than that of spinach CF1, and the mlecular weight difference between α and β subunits in brad bean CF1 was als smaller than that of spinach CF1 (Fig. 3).Above results indicate that the functional differences between the chloroplast CF1 of spinach and brad bean are a reflectin of their structural differences, but not caused by the difference in the physilogical cndition of their chlrplasts.
