摘要
以高校R&D人力资源为研究对象,借鉴管理心理学的研究方法,从高校R&D人力资源的涵义、构成入手,从目标机制设计、分配机制设计、绩效考核机制设计等方面,系统地给出一套符合我国高校科研工作特点的R&D人力资源激励机制设计方案。
This study that takes the college R&D human resources as the subject, starting with understanding the concept and structure of college R&D human resources, and builds a simple model for the design of college R&D human resources incentive mechanism according to the characteristics of scientific research in Chinese universities from the aspects of target mechanism design,distribution design,and performance evaluation design.
