摘要
以高校R&D人力资源为研究对象,借鉴管理心理学的研究方法,从高校R&D人力资源的涵义、构成入手,从目标机制设计、分配机制设计、绩效考核机制设计等方面,系统地给出一套符合我国高校科研工作特点的R&D人力资源激励机制设计方案。
This study that takes the college R＆D human resources as the subject, starting with understanding the concept and structure of college R＆D human resources, and builds a simple model for the design of college R＆D human resources incentive mechanism according to the characteristics of scientific research in Chinese universities from the aspects of target mechanism design,distribution design,and performance evaluation design.
